About Me

Hi! I’m Sharon—pickleball enthusiast, mom, wife, full-time office worker, and a woman who’s learning to make space for play in the middle of a full life.

I’m not a pro athlete—not even really an athlete. I’m just someone who picked up a paddle one day and accidentally fell in love with the most unexpectedly joyful sport ever.

I started this blog because I feel like I need to shout from the rooftops how amazing pickleball is—everyone needs to know! And I wanted a place where regular women—busy, curious, hesitant, hilarious, and everything in between—could come together to learn the game, mess up together, and keep showing up anyway.

When I’m not on the court trying to remember the score (and who’s supposed to be serving), you’ll find me doing real life things: laundry, lists, logistics. But pickleball has added something to my life that’s hard to explain—movement, laughter, new friendships, and this sense that I’m allowed to take up space just for fun.

If that resonates with you, then welcome. You don’t have to be amazing at this (yet). You just have to be willing to try, to laugh, and to stay out of the kitchen—with me.

Let’s do this.
